Key Responsibilities:
The Product Specialist holds a trusted position that focuses on providing exceptional purchasing experiences. You will engage with customers, utilize dealership systems for follow-up, and deliver superior customer service to nurture long-lasting business relationships. We are searching for a Product Specialist who is competitive, career-oriented, and innovative, thriving in a dynamic sales environment. Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided for the first 60 days of this full-time position.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying updated on the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) regarding all vehicles.
• Conducting professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-follow-up to maintain a client database.
• Keeping informed about vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various areas of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in showroom preparation, ensuring an appealing selection of vehicles and a presentable environment for customers.

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A team-oriented attitude coupled with a high-energy personality.
