Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Consultant holds a trusted position in delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying current with the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications on performance, safety, benefits, and other vehicle features.
• Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems to execute pre-and post-sale follow-ups, thereby building and maintaining a comprehensive client database.
• Maintaining a solid understanding of vehicle values, financing options, and Fox Motors programs.
• Adhering to Fox Motors’ processes for vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in showroom preparation to ensure an attractive and well-curated selection of vehicles.
