Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Fox Buick GMC in Farmington, MI. In this role, you will play a vital part in our overarching vision of "Working together moving people throughout life." Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant is entrusted with creating exceptional purchasing experiences for our clientele. As a Sales Consultant, you will interact with customers and provide consultations, leveraging dealership systems to ensure follow-up and deliver the highest level of customer service needed to build lasting business relationships. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed on the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) for all vehicles.
• Conducting high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-up to establish and maintain a robust client database.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Adhering to Fox processes for vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in preparing the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of vehicles and a consistently presentable environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service with a proven ability to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• A team-oriented attitude combined with a high-energy personality.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Enthusiasm for learning new products quickly.
