Fox Motors is pleased to announce a Sales Consultant opportunity at our Fox Buick GMC dealership located in Farmington Hills, MI. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in realizing our vision of “Working together moving people throughout life.” Your ability to cultivate and sustain trust with customers will be essential in fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with creating remarkable purchasing experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing detailed specifications on vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and other relevant information.
• Conducting professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems to perform thorough pre- and post-sale follow-ups, thereby building and maintaining a robust client database.
• Maintaining a sound knowledge of vehicle values, equity, financing products, and Fox Motors programs.
• Ensuring compliance with Fox Motors’ processes during vehicle delivery.
• Familiarizing customers with the different points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in showroom preparation to ensure a strong selection of vehicles is available and that the showroom remains presentable at all times.
