Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Fox Subaru Macomb in Macomb, MI. In this role, you will play a vital part in realizing our overarching vision of “Working together moving people throughout life” by fostering and nurturing trust with our customers to establish enduring relationships.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant serves as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and providing unparalleled customer service to cultivate long-term business relationships. We welcome candidates who are competitive, career-focused, and possess a penchant for innovation within a professional and dynamic sales environment. Previous automotive sales experience is not required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hotel and hospitality will thrive in this role. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Approaching, greeting, and offering assistance to customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying well-informed on the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) regarding our vehicle offerings.
• Demonstrating vehicle features with professionalism and expertise.
• Using dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
• Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values and equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to key points of interest within the dealership.
• Collaborating with the team to prepare the showroom, ensuring a strong display of vehicles and a welcoming environment.

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
