Fox Motors is actively seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Fox Subaru Macomb in Macomb, MI. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
– Staying updated with the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
– Providing customers with detailed specifications on vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and more.
– Conducting high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
– Utilizing dealership systems for both pre- and post-sale follow-up to build and maintain a robust client database.
– Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
– Ensuring adherence to Fox’s processes for vehicle delivery.
– Introducing customers to various areas of interest within the dealership.
– Assisting in the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of vehicles is available and the showroom remains presentable for customers.
