Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional purchase experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging, greeting, and assisting customers who enter our dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Staying informed on the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
- Providing customers with detailed specifications regarding vehicle performance, safety, and benefits.
- Conducting professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
- Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-up to build and maintain a robust client database.
- Keeping abreast of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox Motors programs.
- Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
- Familiarizing customers with the various areas of interest within the dealership.
- Assisting in maintaining an inviting showroom, ensuring a strong selection of vehicles is available and that the space is always presentable.
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
