Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Taylor, MI location at Fox Taylor. In this role, you will play an integral part in realizing our vision of "Working together moving people throughout life" by fostering trust and building long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will hold a trusted position dedicated to delivering remarkable purchasing experiences. Your interactions with customers will involve consultation, use of dealership systems for follow-ups, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service to cultivate long-term business relationships. We are looking for candidates who are competitive, career-oriented, and possess a passion for innovation in a dynamic sales environment. No prior automotive sales experience is required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will find a rewarding career path at Fox Motors. We will provide comprehensive training for the first 60 days for this full-time position.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Approaching and greeting customers upon their arrival at the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications about vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and features.
• Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-ups to build and maintain a client database.
• Keeping informed about vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensuring strict adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to key points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting with showroom preparation, ensuring a strong vehicle selection and a presentable environment for customers.

• Proven experience in customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
