Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Jaguar Land Rover Novi location in Novi, MI. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in realizing our vision of "Working together moving people throughout life," by fosteringTrust and building long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will hold a position of trust, delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and providing unparalleled customer service to cultivate enduring business relationships. We are looking for a competitive, career-oriented individual who possesses a passion for innovation within a professional, dynamic sales environment. While no prior automotive sales experience is required, candidates with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will find this opportunity particularly rewarding. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications regarding performance, safety, benefits, and other vehicle attributes.
• Conducting professional and engaging demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems for thorough pre- and post-sale follow-up in order to build and retain a client database.
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle valuations, financing products, and Fox Motors programs.
• Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of the showroom, ensuring a diverse selection of vehicles and a welcoming environment for customers.
