Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Novi in Novi, MI. In this pivotal role, you will play a significant part in realizing our vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by fostering trust and building long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. You will engage with customers, consult on their needs, utilize dealership systems for effective follow-ups, and provide unparalleled customer service to cultivate enduring business relationships. We are looking for a competitive, career-oriented individual who possesses a drive for innovation within a dynamic sales environment. Previous automotive sales experience is not required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will also thrive in this role. Comprehensive training will be provided for the first 60 days of this full-time position.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting customers upon their arrival at the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Remaining knowledgeable about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle expertise.
• Supplying customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) regarding all vehicles.
• Conducting high-quality and professional presentations of vehicle features.
• Using dealership systems to manage pre- and post-sale follow-ups, thereby maintaining an active client database.
• Staying informed about vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Adhering to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various dealership amenities.
• Assisting in showroom preparation to ensure a robust assortment of vehicles and maintaining an inviting environment for customers.

• Prior experience in customer service, demonstrating a commitment to providing an exceptional experience.
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• A team-oriented attitude combined with a high-energy personality.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as necessary.
• Motivated to quickly learn about new products.
• A valid driver’s license.
