Our sales consultants typically earn an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate and uncapped commission. We also provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate for the first 60 days of your employment. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods from November to December.
  • A minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to find solutions for customers.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.

Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants are required to complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within their first two weeks of employment, which may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Continuous online and computer-based training will also be expected throughout your tenure with Victra.
