Our sales consultants earn an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly wage with uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate for the first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year during their first year and 80 hours each subsequent year. You will also be eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with state law where applicable.

What we are looking for:

– A high school diploma or GED.
– One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales setting.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods from November through December.
– At least 18 years of age.
– Proven experience in communicating effectively with customers to identify solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
– Capability of standing for extended periods.

Training Requirements:
All Sales Consultants are required to complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This training may require overnight travel at the company’s expense. Additional online and computer-based training will be mandated throughout your employment with Victra.
