Our Sales Consultants earn an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which includes a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training along with a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first two months of employment. Employees accrue paid time off at a minimum rate of 40 hours per year for their first year, increasing to 80 hours per year in subsequent years. Additionally, you are entitled to the minimum requirements for paid sick leave as mandated by applicable state law.

What we are looking for:

– A high school diploma or GED.
– A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
– Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods, particularly from November through December.
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers to deliver solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
– Capability to stand for extended periods.

Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants are required to complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This program may involve overnight travel at the company’s expense, and additional online and computer-based training will be mandatory throughout your tenure with Victra.
