Our Sales Consultants earn an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which includes a competitive base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions. We ensure paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off at a minimum rate of 40 hours per year during their first year, increasing to 80 hours annually thereafter. What we are looking for:
– A high school diploma or GED.
– A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, ideally within a retail or sales context.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods from November through December.
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Proven ability to communicate with customers effectively to identify and implement solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
– Capability to stand for extended periods.
Training Requirements:
All Sales Consultants are required to complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within the first two weeks of employment. This program may involve overnight travel at the company’s expense, and various online training will be mandated throughout your tenure with Victra.
