Our Sales Consultants enjoy an average annual compensation of $40,000 to $64,000, which combines a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your initial 60 days of employment.

Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Additionally, you will be entitled to the minimum requirements for paid sick leave as stipulated by applicable state laws.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

– A high school diploma or GED.
– One or more years of customer service experience, ideally in a retail or sales context.
– Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, particularly during the busy November to December period and other peak vacation times.
– A minimum age of 18 years.
– Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers to identify solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

– Capability to lift 10 pounds.
– Ability to stand for extended periods.

Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants must complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date, which may involve overnight travel at the company’s expense.
