Our sales consultants earn an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which includes a base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions. We provide paid training with a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off at a minimum rate of 40 hours per year in their first year, increasing to 80 hours per year thereafter. You will also be entitled to the minimum requirements for paid sick leave under relevant state laws.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales setting.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods from November to December.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience in effective communication with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
Training Requirements:
All Sales Consultants are required to complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date. This training may involve overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will be necessary throughout your employment with Victra.
