Our sales consultants earn an average annual compensation ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, composed of a base hourly wage plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the initial 60 days of employment.

Employees accrue paid time off beginning at a minimum of 40 hours per year during their first year, increasing to 80 hours per year thereafter. Compliance with applicable state laws regarding paid sick leave will also be observed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably within a retail or sales environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers to identify solutions.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Capacity to stand for prolonged periods.

Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants are required to complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date. This program may necessitate overnight travel at the company’s expense, and various online and computer-based training sessions will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
