Key Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant at Victra, you will manage your career in one of our retail stores. With your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create an exceptional in-store experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Our sales consultants typically earn an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which includes a base hourly rate and uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off starting at a minimum of 40 hours per year in their first year, increasing to 80 hours in subsequent years. Qualifications:
We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably within a retail or sales setting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers to find solutions.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

Training Requirements:
All Sales Consultants are required to complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date. This may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will be expected throughout your career with Victra.
