Key Responsibilities:
In your role as a part-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will take charge of your career within our retail stores. Utilizing your unique skills and passion for technology, you will create an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers to find solutions.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

Training Requirements:
All Sales Consultants are required to complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of the official start date, which may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will be required throughout your tenure with Victra.
