Our sales consultants typically earn an annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which includes a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off at a minimum rate of 40 hours per year during their first year, increasing to 80 hours per year thereafter. Additionally, employees are entitled to minimum paid sick leave as required by applicable state law.

What we’re looking for:

– A high school diploma or GED.
– One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales setting.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods, particularly during November and December.
– At least 18 years of age.
– Proven communication skills with a focus on customer solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
– Capability to stand for extended periods.

Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants are required to complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date, which may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will also be conducted throughout your employment with Victra.
