Our Sales Consultants earn an average annual salary between $40,000 and $64,000, which consists of a base hourly wage plus uncapped commission. Additionally, we provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off at a minimum rate of 40 hours per year during their first year, increasing to 80 hours per year thereafter. Paid sick leave will be provided in accordance with applicable state laws.

What we are looking for:

– High school diploma or GED.
– One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
– Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods during November and December.
– Minimum age of 18.
– Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
– Capacity to stand for extended periods.

Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants are required to complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date. This training may involve overnight travel at the company’s expense, along with various online and computer-based training throughout your employment with Victra.
