We take pride in our Sales Consultants earning an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which includes a base hourly rate complemented by uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate are provided during your initial 60 days of employment.
Employees accumulate paid time off at a minimum rate of 40 hours annually during their first year and 80 hours each subsequent year. Additionally, entitlements for paid sick leave comply with applicable state laws.

What We Are Looking For…
- A high school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales setting.
- A willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods, particularly from November to December.
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Proven experience in communicating effectively with customers to identify solutions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
Training Requirements:
All Sales Consultants must complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This training may involve overnight travel at the company’s expense, and you will also be required to complete various online and computer-based training throughout your employment with Victra.
