Our sales consultants earn an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which includes a base hourly rate complemented by uncapped commission. We also provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days with us. Employees accrue paid time off at a minimum rate of 40 hours per year in their first year, increasing to 80 hours per year thereafter. You will also be entitled to any applicable state-specific paid sick leave.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
– A high school diploma or GED.
– A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales setting.
– Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak business periods, especially from November through December.
– Must be at least 18 years old.
– Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers to identify solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift 10 pounds.
– Capability to stand for extended periods.
Training Requirements:
All Sales Consultants are required to complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date, which may involve overnight travel at company expense. Additional online and computer-based training will be necessary throughout your employment with Victra.
