We take pride in our Sales Consultants earning an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which includes a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Additionally, employees will accrue paid time off at a minimum rate of 40 hours in their first year, increasing to 80 hours annually starting in their second year. You are also entitled to the minimum requirements for paid sick leave under applicable state law.

What We Are Looking For…
– A high school diploma or GED.
– At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
– A willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, during peak vacation periods, and throughout November and December.
– At least 18 years of age.
– Demonstrated experience in communicating with customers to identify solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
– Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
– Ability to stand for extended periods.
Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants are required to attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This training may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer-based training sessions will be mandatory throughout your employment with Victra.
