Our Sales Consultants typically earn an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which is comprised of a base hourly rate and uncapped commission potential. We also offer paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate for the first 60 days of employment. Additionally, employees accrue paid time off at a minimum of 40 hours in their first year, increasing to 80 hours annually thereafter. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with state law where applicable.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November through December).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers to identify and address their needs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants are required to complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This training may involve overnight travel at the company’s expense, in addition to ongoing online and computer-based training throughout your employment with Victra.
