– Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals, commonly referred to as “intros.”
– Assist at the front desk, including managing phone inquiries and engaging with members.
– Conduct studio tours for new guests.
– Collaborate closely with trainers to support intros in their inaugural Orangetheory workout.
– Promote and sell memberships to contribute to the studio’s success.
– Follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner.
– Address members’ concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution.
– Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all studio areas.
