As a Sales Keyholder, you will support the store leadership team by overseeing sales and customer service, mentoring teammates, and managing the daily operations of the store as needed. This position serves as an excellent introduction to leadership for the right candidate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfort with technology, such as handheld and mobile devices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs. during each work shift, with or without accommodations

Purpose of Role:
The Sales Keyholder contributes to the store’s profitability and key performance indicators by effectively executing leadership responsibilities during shifts, providing customer service aligned with Under Armour’s core values, and collaborating with the store leadership team to pursue operational excellence. This role also serves as a mentor to teammates in sales and stock roles, stepping in as the lead in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager and overseeing store openings and closings.

Your Impact:

Sales & Omni

  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive sales and achieve retail/omni KPI targets
  • Act as the leader on duty, consistently exemplifying the brand’s service standards and selling behaviors
  • Provide comprehensive information on our extensive range of technical products
  • Identify and offer solutions tailored to athletes’ requests

Brand Image & Customer Experience

  • Support the training of teammates to cultivate a unique service and selling culture at Under Armour
  • Utilize advanced functional expertise to boost sales and foster athlete loyalty
  • Share and impart essential core and seasonal product knowledge to junior teammates

Retail Operations

  • Responsible for securing store keys and managing store openings and closings per standard operating procedures
  • Train and guide teammates in executing daily operations in alignment with Under Armour processes and policies
  • Partner with the leadership team to maintain merchandising and presentation standards
  • Analyze store sales and payroll goals using available tools; adjust scheduling as needed to meet business requirements. Build athlete loyalty through an exceptional in-store experience
  • Ensure compliance with store audit and loss prevention standards; adhere to loss prevention policies and promptly communicate any unusual activities to store leadership
  • Support store safety standards and report teammate accidents or concerns to store leadership immediately

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Clearly communicate priorities, sales goals, and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve desired results
  • Support Under Armour strategies to drive sales and operational effectiveness; observe sales trends and identify opportunities
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager during onboarding and continuous training

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in numeracy, literacy, and advanced communication skills
  • Fluent in the local language, with basic verbal English proficiency
