Job description:
Our dynamic hotel is seeking an enthusiastic leader with exceptional sales acumen and a customer-centric mindset to join our team as the Sales Manager. This part-time position offers 20-25 hours per week, during which you will contribute your passion and creativity to our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that not only meet but exceed our revenue targets through a combination of outside sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and local community networking.

In this role, you will also be tasked with showcasing and leasing our convention center. To succeed, you will need to proactively increase sales by monitoring local market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on business leads. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of one year of sales and marketing experience, complemented by a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with new people and delivering outstanding customer service.
