As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and daily direction to our sales and group personal training teams. This position requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and operational excellence. As the primary leader for the sales function, you will implement lead generation and marketing strategies to enhance fitness program sales while promoting the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Model studio activities and the sales process through active participation, effectively leading by example.
  • Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales initiatives, including promotions, events, and outreach efforts.
  • Oversee the entire sales process and ensure adherence to established systems.
  • Foster a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation that aligns with promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with front desk systems, including proper Member Check-In procedures, telephone inquiries (both general and sales-related), introductory bookings, handling delinquent accounts, conducting customer care calls, processing change requests, and managing document scanning.
  • Plan and promote special monthly events for the studio, utilizing OTF tools for effective outreach and community involvement.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (KPIs) on a month-over-month basis.
  • Ensure compliance with OTF Business Policies governing daily studio operations.
  • Manage and surpass all OTF sales and operational budgets.
  • Maintain OTF branding through consistent actions and adherence to uniform standards.
  • Enforce OTF corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
  • Deliver and uphold the highest levels of customer service.
  • Make informed decisions regarding customer service issues.
  • Ensure that the facility is maintained, clean, and operationally efficient.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven sales leadership experience is essential.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills are required to foster a positive and successful environment for both staff and members.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of previous sales experience is highly recommended, with specific experience in the health and fitness industry strongly preferred.
