Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospective clients interested in experiencing Orangetheory, scheduling their initial class, and ensuring a remarkable first-time guest experience. Provide membership details in accordance with guidance from Group Fitness Coaches.
– Meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and package sales, along with additional revenue sources.
– Respond promptly to member inquiries and adeptly address any arising concerns.
– Ensure brand compliance by adhering to all Orangetheory Fitness systems and procedures, maintaining an organized front desk, and effectively prioritizing tasks throughout your shift.
– Greet members by name and accurately track class attendance, creating memorable experiences through celebrations of birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
– Stay well-informed about studio developments, including current promotions, fitness challenges, off-site events, and corporate initiatives.
– Exhibit the ability to work independently and take ownership of your contributions to the studio’s overall success.
– Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
– 1-3 years of sales experience is favored.
– Comfortable utilizing new technologies, smartphones, and computer systems.
– Must possess a growth mindset and a genuine passion for assisting others.
– Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and a professional demeanor at all times.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively address member inquiries or concerns.
