Responsibilities include:
– Managing the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in Orangetheory, scheduling their initial class, and ensuring an exceptional first-time guest experience. Provide membership details as recommended by Group Fitness Coaches.
– Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, facilitating membership and package sales, and driving additional revenue.
– Responding to member inquiries promptly and addressing concerns appropriately.
– Upholding brand compliance by adhering to all Orangetheory Fitness systems and procedures, maintaining an organized front desk, and efficiently prioritizing tasks throughout your shift.
– Personally welcoming members by name, accurately tracking class attendance, and creating memorable experiences by celebrating milestones such as birthdays, member anniversaries, and personal records.
– Staying well-informed about all studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio events, and corporate initiatives.
– Demonstrating the ability to work independently and take ownership of your contributions to the studio’s overall success and team dynamics.
– Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
– 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
– Proficiency in utilizing new technology, smartphones, and computers.
– A demonstrated growth mindset and passion for helping others.
– Strong work ethic with integrity and a professional demeanor.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and address member inquiries effectively.
