Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead funnel by engaging with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their first class, and ensuring a remarkable introductory experience. Provide essential membership details based on guidance from Group Fitness Coaches.
  • Meet and surpass Key Performance Indicators, driving lead generation, appointment bookings, and membership/pack sales, as well as exploring additional revenue opportunities.
  • Respond to member inquiries promptly and address any concerns professionally.
  • Maintain brand compliance by adhering to all OTF systems and procedures; keep the front desk organized and effectively prioritize tasks as needed during your shift.
  • Personally welcome members and accurately record class attendance. Foster memorable experiences for members by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
  • Stay informed on all studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, community events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Work independently while taking ownership of your contributions to the overall success of the studio and team.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Previous sales experience of 1-3 years is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in utilizing new technologies, smartphones, and computers is required.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for helping others are essential.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism must be displayed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with the capability to multi-task and address member inquiries effectively.
