Job Duties Include:
– Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in Orangetheory, scheduling their initial sessions, and ensuring a remarkable first-time experience. Provide membership information based on the recommendations of our Group Fitness Coaches.
– Meet and exceed key performance indicators by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and driving membership and package sales.
– Respond to member inquiries promptly and effectively address any concerns.
– Uphold brand compliance by adhering to all Orangetheory Fitness systems and procedures. Maintain an organized front desk and prioritize tasks as needed during your shift.
– Greet members by name and accurately track class attendance. Create memorable experiences by celebrating milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and personal records.
– Stay informed about all studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, offsite events, and corporate initiatives.
– Work independently and take ownership of your contributions to the studio’s overall success and team dynamics.
– Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
Job Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
– 1-3 years of sales experience is advantageous.
– Proficiency in using technology, including smartphones and computers.
– A growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others.
– Demonstrated strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage member inquiries effectively.
