Job Duties Include:
– Managing the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in Orangetheory, scheduling their initial class, and ensuring they have an outstanding first-time guest experience. Delivering membership information as per Group Fitness Coaches’ recommendations.
– Meeting and surpassing Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and pack sales along with additional revenue streams.
– Responding to member inquiries promptly and addressing any concerns with care.
– Maintaining adherence to brand standards by following all Orangetheory Fitness systems and procedures, keeping the front desk organized, and prioritizing tasks effectively throughout shifts.
– Personally welcoming members by name and accurately recording class attendance. Creating memorable experiences by celebrating members’ birthdays, anniversaries, and achievements regarding class milestones or personal records.
– Staying well-informed about studio events, current promotions, fitness challenges, and corporate initiatives and offerings.
– Demonstrating the ability to work independently while taking ownership of personal contributions to the studio’s overall success and team dynamics.
– Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Job Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
– 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
– Proficiency in using new technologies, smartphones, and computers is necessary.
– A growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others are essential.
– Strong work ethic with integrity and a commitment to professionalism.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and effectively manage member interactions.
