Job Duties Include:
– Managing the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their first class, and ensuring an exceptional first-time guest experience. Provide membership information as prescribed by Group Fitness Coaches.
– Meeting and surpassing Key Performance Indicators, which include generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and additional revenue.
– Responding to member inquiries promptly and addressing any concerns appropriately.
– Ensuring strict adherence to brand compliance by following all OTF systems and procedures. Maintain an organized front desk and prioritize tasks efficiently throughout your shift.
– Personally greeting members by name and accurately tracking class attendance. Create memorable experiences by celebrating significant member milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and personal records.
– Staying well-informed about studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, events outside the studio, and corporate initiatives.
– Demonstrating the ability to work independently and take accountability for individual contributions to the studio’s overall success and team dynamics.
– Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Job Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
– 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
– Comfortable utilizing technology, including smart devices and computers.
– A growth mindset and passion for helping others is essential.
– A strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor are required.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task effectively while addressing member inquiries and concerns.
