Job Duties Include:
– Managing the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their initial classes, and ensuring an outstanding first-time guest experience. Additionally, you will provide membership details in accordance with Group Fitness Coaches’ recommendations.
– Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators through generating leads, booking appointments, facilitating membership and pack sales, and driving additional revenue.
– Responding promptly to member inquiries and addressing any concerns in an appropriate manner.
– Maintaining brand compliance by adhering to all OTF systems and procedures, while ensuring the front desk is organized and efficiently managing tasks throughout your shift.
– Personally welcoming members by name, taking accurate class attendance, and creating memorable moments by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
– Staying well-informed regarding studio happenings, including promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio events, and corporate initiatives/offerings.
– Demonstrating the ability to work independently and taking ownership of your contributions to the overall success of the studio and team.
– Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Job Qualifications:
– A minimum of two years of customer service experience is preferred.
– 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
– Proficiency with new technology, smartphones, and computers is essential.
– A growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others are required.
– Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism are essential traits.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with multitasking abilities to manage member inquiries and concerns effectively.
