Job Duties Include:

  • Overseeing the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their first class, and ensuring they receive an extraordinary first-time guest experience. Communicating membership details as prescribed by Group Fitness Coaches.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators through lead generation, appointment bookings, membership and package sales, and other revenue opportunities.
  • Timely responding to member inquiries and adeptly addressing any concerns.
  • Upholding brand standards by adhering to all OTF systems and procedures. Maintaining an organized front desk and effectively prioritizing tasks throughout your shift.
  • Welcoming members by name and accurately tracking class attendance. Creating memorable moments for members by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
  • Staying informed about studio-wide events: current promotions, fitness challenges, offsite activities, and corporate initiatives.
  • Working independently and taking personal ownership of your contributions to the overall success of the studio and team.
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Job Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2 years of customer service experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable with technology, including smartphones and computers.
  • Possess a growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage member inquiries effectively.
