Job Duties Include:

  • Managing the lead funnel by following up with potential clients, scheduling their introductory classes, and ensuring an exceptional first-time guest experience. Deliver membership details based on the recommendations provided by Group Fitness Coaches.
  • Achieving and surpassing key performance indicators, including lead generation, appointment booking, membership and package sales, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Responding promptly to member inquiries and addressing any concerns effectively.
  • Adhering to brand standards by following all Orangetheory Fitness procedures and maintaining an organized front desk while prioritizing tasks as necessary during your shift.
  • Welcoming members by name, accurately tracking class attendance, and creating memorable experiences through celebrating birthdays, member anniversaries, and personal achievements.
  • Staying well-informed about studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, external events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently and taking ownership of your contributions to the studio’s overall success and the effectiveness of the team.
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable utilizing new technology, smartphones, and computers.
  • A growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others are essential.
  • A strong work ethic with integrity and a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and address member inquiries or concerns effectively.
