Position Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet every individual who enters the studio with energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients during introductory sessions
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and assisting members
• Conduct studio tours for potential members
• Collaborate closely with trainers to support new clients during their first Orangetheory workout
• Actively sell memberships to contribute to the studio’s success
• Follow up with prospective clients to nurture their interest
