Job description:
We are excited to welcome a new member to the Zagers team! As the premier pool and spa company in West Michigan, we are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic retail team. We prioritize strong communication skills, relationship-building, a passion for continuous learning, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and various departments to ensure that our customers receive unparalleled service. Experience in high-ticket sales is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Cultivate customer relationships.
- Actively promote and sell above-ground pools, spas, and other products offered by Zagers.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales support.
- Contribute to the retail team’s in-store sales growth.
- Engage in product merchandising.
- Conduct water testing.
- Perform inventory counts and restock shelves as needed.
- Leverage technology to efficiently complete tasks and activities.
- Manage phone inquiries and promptly follow up on leads.
- Adhere to store procedures.
- Support the Store Manager and Sales Manager as required.
- Continuously expand knowledge of new products and processes.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
