StretchLab is actively seeking a dynamic, passionate, and sales-driven individual who possesses a strong fitness mindset and a genuine affinity for community engagement and our brand. Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab has established itself as the leading provider of one-on-one assisted stretching services. With co-founders who have roots in the personal training industry, StretchLab offers a diverse range of services designed to empower clients to "Live Long." Our team consists of highly trained professionals, certified in various disciplines such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, pilates, and more, supplemented by expertise from the foremost authority on stretching and flexibility. Our proprietary Flexologist training guarantees that clients receive a top-tier stretching experience.

Position:
The Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in facilitating new membership sales by attracting potential members to the studio and scheduling them for Intro Classes. Additionally, this role focuses on retaining existing members. Although a background in fitness is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager in the sales process, focusing on lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Schedule and confirm Intro Classes for prospective clients.
  • Manage front desk operations, warmly greeting and checking in clients and prospects upon their arrival.
  • Conduct facility tours, building rapport while assessing individual needs and desires.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
  • Uphold the club’s mission as a leading fitness and wellness provider.
  • Present available services to both current and prospective members.
  • Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets and follow up on leads and missed Intro Classes.
  • Engage in special events (such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio.
  • Ensure the studio is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to generate sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretching as well as retail.
  • Proficient in learning and utilizing the ClubReady software system.
  • Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods, up to 8 hours during the workday.
  • Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is required.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
