The primary purpose of this role is to lead and implement exceptional retail strategies and oversee store operations to achieve financial growth and maintain brand equity.

Sales Stylists play a crucial role in executing various functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage.
• Exhibit excellent product knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every Levi’s® Store customer, employing the 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult, and Close.
• Meet or surpass established store and individual sales performance goals on a daily basis.
• Adhere to Levi’s® Stores cash handling guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Collaborate with stock associates for merchandise replenishment and security tagging on the sales floor as needed.
• Assist in pricing merchandise when necessary.
• Maintain the store’s appearance in line with Levi’s® Stores visual presentation standards and general housekeeping protocols.
• Facilitate rapid and accurate sales floor replenishment using RFID-enabled inventory processes.
• Possess basic technological skills, including familiarity with iOS, troubleshooting devices, and the ability to read and understand technical training manuals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Flexibility to work varied schedules to meet business demands, including evening and weekend shifts.
• Capability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on foot for extended periods, including standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
• A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
