Job description:

Our Spa is seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our expanding team. This unique opportunity is within an organization that places a high value on friendliness, organization, and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations while collaborating with our team to manage the spa schedule effectively. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in front sales, proficiency in PC applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, along with essential industry expertise. While a background as an esthetician is highly desirable, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor and a warm smile.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Manage appointments and schedule reservations efficiently.
  • Promote and sell products and treatments to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate and organized sales records.
  • Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and well-organized.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a front desk receptionist in a spa or similar environment.
