AI Pay Analysis: To provide a thorough analysis of the hourly rate for a “School Custodian” in Macomb, MI, we would typically compare it to the median wage within the region and consider factors such as local cost of living, demand for custodial services, and prevailing industry standards. As of my last training data cut-off in October 2023, custodial positions typically range from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, school district funding, and specific duties. If the hourly rate you have in mind falls within or exceeds this range, it would likely be considered competitive for the area. Additionally, if benefits or job security are included in the compensation package, this would further enhance its competitiveness. For a more precise assessment, actual numerical data on the specific hourly rate in question would be necessary.
