Job Title: Screw Machine Maintenance 1st Shift Hamilton, OH

Company: Nesco Resource

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay: $22 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $22 for a “Screw Machine Maintenance” position on the 1st shift in Hamilton, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the competitive spectrum based on industry standards. Generally, maintenance roles in manufacturing, particularly for specialized equipment like screw machines, can range from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and specific job requirements. In Hamilton and surrounding areas, the average pay for similar positions often aligns closer to $25 per hour, particularly for skilled roles requiring expertise in machinery maintenance.
