AI Pay Analysis: To accurately assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the role of “Secondary Marketing Analyst I” in Pontiac, MI, it’s essential to consider various factors such as the standard pay scales in the financial services industry, regional cost of living, and typical salaries for entry-level analysts. As of my last update, hourly rates for similar positions generally range from $20 to $35 depending on factors such as experience and specific job responsibilities. Given Pontiac’s economic environment and the skill set required for a Secondary Marketing Analyst, a competitive rate should ideally fall within or slightly exceed this range, potentially offering additional benefits or bonuses to attract top talent. Therefore, without specific figures, it can be inferred that if the hourly rate aligns with or surpasses the industry average mentioned, it would be considered competitive. For the most accurate analysis, current salary data should be compared with local industry standards and job postings.
