Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the security and safety of the hotel, guests, pack members, and their property through continuous vigilance around the hotel premises.
  • Fulfill security-related job assignments.
  • Conduct routine inspections of hotel premises.
  • Respond promptly to situations requiring attention.
  • Assist management with incident resolution, including documenting events in detail.
  • Adhere to all Occupational Health & Safety regulations upheld by the hotel.
  • Project a professional image that inspires confidence and trust.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism during emotionally charged or stressful encounters.
  • Deliver exemplary guest service in every interaction with guests at the resort.
  • Manage risk effectively by utilizing contingency plans to adapt to changes.
  • Navigate conflicting perspectives diplomatically, recognizing personal biases and ensuring they do not influence decisions.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience managing extensive closed circuit television systems and monitoring activities on-premises via CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Background in law enforcement.
  • First responder training.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Capability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
