• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess a minimum of 2 years of security experience.
• Compensation is $20.16 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits available.

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Perform regular and random patrols of the premises, with working conditions varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years or older for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Applicants will undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, aligned with all federal, state, and local laws. Criminal histories will be considered in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Candidates will also be subject to a drug screening, as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local laws and may be necessary prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
