Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as warranted.
• Approach incidents and critical situations with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
• Ensure a safe environment for tenants and guests by promptly reporting safety or security concerns to the relevant authorities.
• Greet tenants warmly and provide assistance as they enter the facility, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Be available to work occasional weekend and evening hours, typically from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., based on operational needs.
• Travel to multiple locations (Glenmore, Elsinore, Lebanon) as required by the organization’s needs.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 2-5 years of verifiable experience required.
• Successful completion of a background check/fingerprinting is required.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials.
• Maintain composure and self-control under stress; adept at de-escalating high-risk situations.
• Proficient in constructing clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
