We invite you to join the Allied Universal Team with an immediate opening for a Part-Time Security Officer on weekends.

  • Six months of security experience is preferred.
  • Paid training is provided.
  • Compensation is $14 per hour, with weekly pay and a DailyPay option available.

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for safeguarding clients across a variety of sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service by executing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach.
  • Carry out regular and random patrols of the business premises and surrounding areas. Please note that working environments and conditions may vary based on client sites.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles and 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or five years of verifiable experience in lieu of a diploma.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will also be subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements may vary and must comply with state and/or local laws and regulations prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving.
